Spam is an annoyance. What arrives alongside it is not. The same channel delivers invoice fraud, credential phishing and the message that looks exactly like it came from your supplier. Filtering matters because of what it stops, not because of how much junk it removes.
What we provide
- Filtering that runs before mail reaches your mailboxes, so the bulk of it never arrives
- Attachments and links checked, not just the sender and the subject line
- A quarantine your staff can check themselves, so nobody has to phone to ask where a message went
- Sender authentication configured properly, so other people cannot easily send mail that appears to come from your domain
- Rules adjusted when something legitimate gets caught, rather than left as a standing complaint
The message that gets through
No filter catches everything, and any supplier telling you otherwise is selling. A well-written invoice fraud email contains no attachment, no malicious link and no unusual language. It just asks a colleague to change the bank details on a payment.
Filtering reduces the volume enormously, which matters: when staff are wading through forty junk messages a day, the one that counts is more likely to be clicked. But the last line of defence is a person who knows to check by phone before changing payment details, and that is worth saying out loud to your team.
