Who we share it with
We use a number of service providers who process data on our behalf. Each is bound to use it only for the purposes we specify:
- Microsoft — our email and office systems
- HubSpot — our customer relationship system, where enquiries are recorded
- Zapier — passes form submissions between our systems
- Google — website analytics and the reCAPTCHA anti-spam check on our forms
- Meta (Facebook) and LinkedIn — advertising measurement, where you have consented
- Sucuri — website firewall and content delivery
- Koalendar — the booking page used to arrange calls
We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, or to professional advisers where necessary.
Transfers outside the EEA
Some of the providers above are based outside the European Economic Area, principally in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is done on the basis of the safeguards those providers offer, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are dealing with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Records relating to clients and to accounting are kept for as long as required by Cypriot law. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the services concerned.
If you would like your details removed sooner, ask us and we will do it.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- have inaccurate data corrected
- ask us to delete data where there is no good reason for us to keep it
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests
- ask us to restrict processing while a question is resolved
- receive your data in a portable format
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
To exercise any of these, email info@itlogicpro.net. We will respond within one month. There is no charge.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we have the chance to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus: www.dataprotection.gov.cy.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection and sits behind a web application firewall. Access to the systems holding enquiry data is restricted to staff who need it. No system is completely secure, but security is the business we are in and we treat our own accordingly.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices or the services we use change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
