A network is only noticed when it fails, and by then it has usually been failing quietly for months. Most of the value in managing one is in the unglamorous part: watching it, keeping it current, and fixing small faults before they become an afternoon nobody can work.
IT LogicPro has designed, installed and managed networks for Cypriot and international businesses since 2013, from offices in Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca. Single offices, multi-site operations, and organisations running their own datacenters.
What we do
Network design and installation
Switching, routing, cabling and the layout underneath it all. Designed around how many people actually sit where, and what they move across the network on a busy day.
Monitoring and management
Watching links, switches and access points so a failing device is dealt with before it takes a department offline, rather than after somebody phones to say the internet is broken.
Connecting multiple sites
Linking offices, warehouses and remote locations so that people in each of them work off the same systems at a sensible speed.
Remote and hybrid access
Getting people into your systems from home or on the road without opening the front door to everyone else. Usually a VPN, sometimes something better suited.
Fixing networks that are slow
Slowness is a symptom, not a diagnosis. We measure where the time actually goes, which is often not where people assume, and fix that rather than selling you more bandwidth.
Hardware, licensing and renewals
Cisco, Juniper and Sophos equipment, kept in support and in warranty, with renewals tracked so nothing lapses at the moment you need to raise a case.
How we approach a network
- We survey what exists.Cabinets, switches, access points, circuits and how it is all actually wired, which is rarely what the documentation says.
- We find the constraints. The single uplink everything depends on, the switch running at capacity, the access point covering three rooms it was never meant to reach.
- You get a plan with priorities. What to fix now because it is fragile, what to fix when budget allows, and what is fine as it is.
- We implement it.Usually in stages and outside working hours, so the office does not lose a day to it.
- We keep it monitored.Ongoing management, with capacity reviewed as you add people and sites.
Why work with IT LogicPro
Certified on the equipment we install
Cisco and Juniper certifications in-house, alongside CompTIA, Microsoft, VMware, 3CX and HP. We are not learning on your network.
We support the users too
The team managing your network is the team your staff phone when something is wrong, so problems get traced end to end instead of bounced between suppliers.
Three offices in Cyprus
Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca. Some network problems are a loose cable in a cabinet, and those need a person in the room.
Vendor-neutral where it matters
We have preferences, but we will work with what you already own if replacing it would not actually solve your problem.
Common questions
Our internet is slow. Is that a network problem or the provider?
It can be either, and the two get confused constantly. Measuring inside the network and at the circuit separates them, and it is worth doing before anybody buys a faster line.
Do we need to replace our switches and access points?
Not necessarily. Plenty of networks perform badly because of how they are configured or laid out rather than because the hardware is old.
Can you manage a network across several offices?
Yes. Multi-site work is routine, including the connections between sites and consistent access for staff who move around.
Do you cover wireless?
Yes, including site surveys to work out where access points should physically go. Guessing at placement is the most common reason office wifi disappoints.
What about network security?
Firewalls, segmentation and remote access are covered on our IT security page, and the same engineers do both.
Deciding which systems run better in the cloud and which are cheaper where they are, then moving the ones that should move.
